If you have been following us for awhile, then you know that we like our organic treats, but always try to make them as healthy as possible. Our peanut butter banana bites will not disappoint you! With two superfoods included in them, bananas, and peanut butter, they are packed with protein and nutrition!

- 1 Organic Banana peeled and cut into 16 pieces
- 1/4 C Organic Peanut Butter MaraNatha
- 1 tbsp Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil (melted) Nutiva
- 3/4 C Organic Extra Dark Chocolate
- Lay out 16 mini unbleached baking cups in the bottom of a glass dish
- Over low heat; melt chocolate in a double boiler. Allow to cool slightly
- Combine coconut oil and peanut butter in a small glass dish
- Add approximately 1 tsp of melted chocolate in the bottom of each baking cup
- Place one slice of banana on top of melted chocolate
- Add approximately 1 tsp of peanut butter mixture over the banana slice
- Lastly, add approximately 1/2 tsp of melted chocolate over the middle of the peanut butter
- Place glass dish into the freezer for about one hour or until completely set
- Enjoy!
