Who doesn’t love easy, on-the-go organic whole foods??!! We do not eat ‘Fast Food’, so when we are traveling, we make sure to pack enough whole organic foods for the entire family. Breakfast is no exception!
If you have been following our blog, you probably know that we incorporate fitness into our organic lifestyle. We believe that you cannot have exceptional health without working your body daily. Even our daughters look forward to our daily time in our home gym.
You know the saying, “Diet is 80%, Exercise is 20%”. We definitely do not want to undo all of our hard work that we completed in the gym by not adhering to nutritious meals and snacks!

Our Organic Chocolate Banana Breakfast muffins are packed with organic superfoods, fruit, and protein! They not only satisfy your hunger, they satisfy your sweet tooth too!

- 1 C Organic Greek Yogurt Stonyfield
- 2 Large Free Range Organic Egg
- 2 Large Over-ripe Organic Bananas
- 1/4 C Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil Nutiva
- 1/4 C Organic Maple Syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract Simply Organic
- 1/3 C Organic Coconut Palm Sugur Wholesome Sweet
- 1/4 C Organic Cocoa Powder Frontier Co-Op
- 2 C Organic Oats
- 1 1/2 tsp Organic Baking Powder Frontier Co-Op
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Organic Cinnamon Simply Organic
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 C Organic Extra Dark Chocolate Chopped
- Preheat Oven to 425*; Line muffin pans with unbleached parchment paper muffin liners
- Place oats in Vitamix dry blade container; process into flour
- Add all dry ingredients to a bowl; set aside
- Place all wet ingredients into Vitamix wet blade container; combine well
- Add all dry ingredients to wet ingredients; process in Vitamix wet blade container until completely combined
- Add chopped dark chocolate to muffin mix; stir until combined
- Add muffin batter to muffin liners filling 3/4 full
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean
