Hello Friends! We hope you had a wonderful, relaxing weekend!
As you probably already know, we love creating homemade items for our home and personal use. We especially love to make our own cleaning products! We admit, we’re germ freaks, we are constantly washing our hands or using our hand sanitizer to ward off all the yucky germs that are out there!
Making your own homemade organic hand sanitizer will not only be more gentle on your hands, it is also non-toxic, and a lot cheaper than purchasing it from a store. You will be giving your body an extra boost of wellness by using our homemade organic sanitizer by received the wellness properties of Thieves essential oil!
Our homemade hand sanitizer – made using Young Living’s Thieves essential oil blend – gives us the cleaning power and protection that we need without the chemicals and harmful ingredients. Our recipe will give you the option of making a gel hand sanitizer and a spray hand sanitizer (for things like wiping down tables, chairs, or shopping carts).
We have broken the recipe down into two parts:

Spray Homemade Hand Sanitizer:
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8-10 drops of Young Living Thieves Essential Oil
- Distilled Water
- 2 oz travel-sized essential oils spray bottle
Method:
Add oil to salt to be absorbed, and then fill bottle with distilled water. Shake well to mix.
