Whipped Organic Coconut Body Discomfort Balm

Good afternoon friends!  We hope you are having an amazing day today!  We are enjoying the bright sunshine today.  It is still cold, but we’ll take the sunshine!

We wanted to share with all of you a magnificent whipped coconut body discomfort balm that we make.  We both have discomfort from time to time in our body; who doesn’t at some time or another, right?!

Maria doesn’t have sensitive skin, but I however do.  When using certain Young Living essential oils, I have to have a carrier oil.  We prefer organic, unrefined coconut oil.  Why do we choose organic unrefined coconut oil you may ask?  Well, unrefined coconut oil has many benefits over conventional refined or extra virgin coconut oil.  Organic, unrefined coconut oil is loaded with nutrients due to being unprocessed and subjected to no detrimental heat.  It is richer in proteins (this is almost totally absent in refined oil), vitamins, and nutrients.  Your skin is the largest organ in your body, it requires the same nutrition as your internal organs!

This whipped coconut body discomfort balm is so easy to make.  It will take you all of 10 minutes to whip it up and will last you quite awhile.  Be sure to store it in a small jar with a twist lid as pure essential oils will eat away plastic.
