DIY Organic Oatmeal Sugar Scrub

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place oats in Vitamix Dry Container or food processor; process until the oats resemble sugar (you do not want to make oat flour).
  2. In a glass bowl combine coconut oil and sweet almond oil; stir until fully combined.
  3. Add sugar and oats to oil mixture; stir until fully combined.
  4. Finally, add in your essential oils; stir until oils are fully incorporated.
  5. Scoop sugar scrub into a glass jar and top with a tight fitting lid.
  6. Enjoy!

DIY Poo-Poo Spray (Because Everyone Does It)


Ingredients

Citrus Explosion

Lavender Mint

Instructions

  1. Using a funnel; add all ingredients to a glass spray bottle except for the essential oils.
  2. Drop in the essentials oils.
  3. Place a spray top onto your bottle.
  4. Before using the bathroom; place two sprays into the toilet.
  5. Enjoy!

Homemade Apple Cinnamon Kombucha (Simple & Delicious)

Ingredients


Margarita Popcorn

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil; melted
  • 1/2 C Organic Popcorn Kernels popped in hot oil
  • Additional 2-3 tbsp Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil; melted
  • 8-10 Drops YL Lime Vitality Essential Oil 
  • Pink Himalayan Salt; to taste

Method:

  1. Add coconut oil and popcorn to a hot popcorn pan; turn until fully popped.
  2. In a glass dish add additional coconut oil and Lime Vitality EO; whisk until combined.
  3. Add popcorn to a glass or stainless steel bowl.
  4. Drizzle Lime mixture over popcorn.
  5. Sprinkle salt.
  6. Gently shake or stir until combined.
  7. Enjoy!

Organic Mango Mojito 

Ingredients:

  • 2 C Fresh or Frozen Organic Mango
  • 1 Drop YL Peppermint Vitality Essential Oil
  • Juice from 1 Organic Lime
  • 1 tbsp Organic Raw Honey
  • 1 C Organic Coconut Milk
  • Ice
  • Sprig of Fresh Organic Mint
  • ADULTS: 1 shot of Organic Rum

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in @VitaMix; blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
  4. Enjoy!

Blackberry Coconut Lime Pops

Ingredients:

  • 5 oz Organic full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 C + 1 tbsp Organic Raw honey
  • 1 tsp Organic vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 C Organic blackberries
  • Zest of 1 Organic Lime
  • 1 Drop YL Lime Vitality Essential Oil
  • Pinch Pink Himalayan salt

Method:

  1. Combine coconut milk, 1/4 C honey, salt, and vanilla extract in medium bowl; whisk gently.
  2. In @Vitamix add blackberries; blend until smooth.
  3. Add 1/2 C of the coconut milk mixture and 1 TBSP honey to the Blackberries; blend just until combined.
  4. Add lime essential oil and zest to the remaining coconut milk mixture; stir to combine.
  5. Pour the berry mixture into popsicle molds; freeze for approximately 30 minutes.
  6. Pour coconut mixture on top of blackberry mixture; freeze for approximately 6 hours.
  7. Enjoy!


Organic Rosemary Mint Conditioner

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine shea butter and coconut oil in a double boiler (using a glass bowl); heat on low until completely melted.
  2. Allow shea butter and coconut oil to cool for approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Add sweet almond oil and castor oil to coconut mixture; stir gently.
  4. Add essential oils to mixture; stir gently.
  5. Place your bowl in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes.
  6. Remove your hair conditioner from the freezer; add it to your Kitchen Aid or mixer with the whisk attachment.
  7. Turn your mixer on high until your conditioner is whipped up. Make sure that you stop a couple of times to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  8. Add your hair conditioner to a glass jar with a secure lid.
  9. To use your conditioner just place a small amount in your hair after you have applied your shampoo. You may also use it as a leave in conditioner. It works great both ways. You do not need a lot.
  10. Enjoy!

Organic Hairspray

Method:

  1. Boil water and sugar until completely dissolved.
  2. Cool completely.
  3. Add essential oils; stir.
  4. Pour into glass spray bottle.
  5. Shake before spraying.
  6. Hold approximately 6″ from hair and spray.
  7. Enjoy!

Peppermint Brownies

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. LIne a 8X8 or 9X9 square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Make a well in the center and drop in the butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix together thoroughly.
  4. Fold in chocolate chunks & peppermint essential oil with your spatula.
  5. Add the brownie batter to the baking dish and use the spatula to flatten out the top into one even layer.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes and let cool before slicing into squares.
  7. Enjoy!

Peppermint Fudge (Healthy & Delicious!)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut oil and coconut milk in Kitchenaid fitted with a whisk attachment; on medium-high speed beat the milk and oil together for approx 5 minutes or til glossy and thick
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixer; mix on low speed until the cocoa is incorporated then change to high until everything is thoroughly combined
  3. Line a 6×6 or 8×8 glass pan with parchment paper
  4. Add peppermint essential oil to fudge; stir with a spoon. Pour chocolate mixture into prepared pan; smooth with the back of a spoon
  5. Place fudge in freezer for approx 20 minutes; until set
  6. Remove fudge from freezer; remove fudge from pan by ends of parchment paper
  7. Pull parchment paper off of fudge; place on a cutting board and slice into squares
  8. Store fudge in an airtight glass dish in the freezer

Quick & Easy Guacamole 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Organic Avocados
  • 1/2 Organic Lemon; juiced
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 5 Drops YL Lime Vitality Essential Oil 
  • 1/2 Organic jalapeño; diced
  • 1 Organic Roma Tomato; diced (optional)

Method:

  1. Cut Avocados, remove pit; scoop out flesh.
  2. Mash flesh with a fork.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Stir until fully combined.
  5. Serve with organic crackers, Organic Snacks organic chips, or on your salad.
  6. Enjoy!
