As promised, we are sharing with you our favorite organic Thanksgiving recipes!  Today, we are sharing our famous Organic Cranberry Sauce!  Our family just loves our cranberry sauce and enjoys eating it by itself, on their turkey, on their homemade organic bread, and on organic crackers.  No matter how you incorporate it into your Thanksgiving dinner, we know you will love it!

We use all fresh and organic ingredients for our cranberry sauce and we think that is part of the reason it is delicious!  You can make it the a couple of days before Thanksgiving to save you some time.  It is very easy to make and will not take you long at all.

Instructions
  1. In a large pot; Bring orange juice, orange zest, ginger, and cinnamon to a boil
  2. Add cranberries to mixture; reduce heat and cook 10 mins
  3. Add pineapple and honey to mixture; stir well and remove from heat
  4. You can serve warm or cold. Our family likes it cold.
  5. Be sure to completely cool before adding to glass storage containers. Store in refrigerator.
