My Lucky Leprechaun’s Homemade Organic Shamrock Shake

Top of the morning to you! Our Lucky Leprechaun has the most delicious treat to celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day with; a Homemade Organic Shamrock Shake! The best thing; it is full of nutrition!

Ingredients

3 Organic Spinach Leaves
3 1/2 Organic Frozen Bananas
2-4Drops YL Peppermint Vitality Essential Oil
1tbsp Organic Very Dark Chocolate(Optional) Equal Exchange
3/4C Organic Coconut Milk
Dollop or Two Organic Whipped Cream(Optional) Organic Valley

Instructions

Combine frozen bananas, milk, and spinach into Wet Vitamix Container or High Speed Blender; blend until smooth.
Add Peppermint Vitality EO; pulse a couple of times to incorporate.
Pour shake into glasses.
(Optional: Garnish with a dollop of organic whipped cream and sprinkle dark chocolate on top of the whipped cream.
