This past Saturday afternoon was a rainy and cool day, which meant that we were ready for some old fashioned organic comfort food.

As you know, our diet consists of 100% organic whole foods.  There are times where we do however, purchase minimally processed organic foods like the organic whole wheat noodles for this dish.  We are human and sometimes we don’t plan out 100% of our meals, so that leaves minimum time to make all the ingredients from scratch.

We have made this recipe quite easy and it contains by far the most delicious homemade organic mushroom soup recipe ever!  Your family will never want store bought mushroom soup again!
