Nothing says comfort food like delicious mashed potatoes! We mainly consume organic sweet potatoes, but on Thanksgiving and Christmas, serving mashed potatoes is a must! You will love, love, love these mashed potatoes! They taste like they were made in a gourmet restaurant!
Organic potatoes are one of the most common and important food sources on the planet, and they contain a wealth of health benefits that make them all the more essential as a staple dietary item for much of the world’s population.

Delicious Organic Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 5 lbs Organic Yukon Gold Potatoes; peeled and diced.
- 1 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Organic Garlic Powder
- 3/4 C Organic Heavy Cream
- 6 tbsp Organic Unsalted Butter
- 3 tbsp Organic Milk
- Fresh Organic Parsley; chopped
- 2-3 Drops YL Rosemary Vitality EO
- 1 Drop YL Black Pepper Vitality EO
Instructions:
- Peel, dice, and boil potatoes for 20-25 minutes or until soft.
- Drain potatoes and place in a bowl with butter.
- Allow butter to melt and then add cream.
- Mash potatoes thoroughly until desired consistency, adding milk as needed.
- Stir in garlic, salt, and essential oils.
- Place in a serving bowl, garnish with chopped parsley, and keep warm.
- Enjoy!
