Welcome back to our brand new series Back to School Natural Survival Guide!  Yesterday, we discussed how to survive Germy Kids.  Today, we’re wrapping up our series by sharing our favorite Back to School DIY Recipes.

One of our favorite things to do is create DIY recipes.  We love that we can make our very own organic and toxin-free products.  It not only saves us money, it also saves us time (who wants to waste time on investigating all of those ingredients and their chemical names).

Let’s get started!

back to school diffuser recipes

Throughout this series, we talked about how important it is to help your child(ren) wake-up, prepare for school work, and of course get adequate sleep.  These are a few of our favorite diffuser recipes!

back to school rollerball recipes

Another DIY recipe that we make all the time is our Rollerballs!  Rollerballs are so simple and easy for children to use on their own.  You simply roll the oils over their wrists, on the bottoms of their feet, or behind their ears.  Simple, right??!!  You will be amazed at how well the oils work!

Are you tired of the endless knots in your child’s hair?  No one wants their child to cry while you try to make them presentable.  Save your child some heartache and make our DIY Detangler Spray!  We promise your child’s tears during hair time will be a thing of the past!

rise and shine smoothie

Let’s talk about Brain Food!  Every child needs to start their school day with a nutritional meal! There’s nothing better than whipping up an organic smoothie!  It’s quick, delicious, and full of nutrients!  ***We advise that you use Organic Ingredients whenever possible as they hold the most nutrients and are chemical free.
