Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl; stir in garlic and olive oil together.
Gently press the garlic against the side of your bowl to release the juice. This will infuse your olive oil.
Line a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
Arrange asparagus in a single layer.
Pour olive oil mixture evenly over asparagus.
Season asparagus with salt, cayenne pepper, and pepper.
Roast for approximately 15 minutes or until tender.
Remove from over; sprinkle Parmesan cheese over asparagus.
Return to the oven for 1 minute.
Arrange asparagus on a serving dish with lemon wedges.
