Christmastime is a busy time at our home because we spend most of the month making homemade organic personal care products to give as Christmas gifts and of course a lot of baking.  We go all out with many of our organic recipes that have been handed down from our family.  Our daughters especially love this time of year because they love to get out Grandma’s famous recipes!

We always prepare a few extra healthy and raw recipes to make sure that a lot of nutrition is passed around throughout all of the holidays.

When most people hear fudge, they instantly think a ton of sugar and fattening.  Our fudge is so, so good for you!  You will not experience any guilt or added pounds for indulging in our recipe!

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Combine coconut oil and coconut milk in Kitchenaid fitted with a whisk attachment; on medium-high speed beat the milk and oil together for approx 5 minutes or til glossy and thick
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixer; mix on low speed until the cocoa is incorporated then change to high until everything is thoroughly combined
  3. Line a 6x6 or 8x8 glass pan with parchment paper
  4. Add peppermint essential oil to fudge; stir with a spoon. Pour chocolate mixture into prepared pan; smooth with the back of a spoon
  5. Place fudge in freezer for approx 20 minutes; until set
  6. Remove fudge from freezer; remove fudge from pan by ends of parchment paper
  7. Pull parchment paper off of fudge; place on a cutting board and slice into squares
  8. Store fudge in an airtight glass dish in the freezer
