Organic Raspberry Banana Overnight Oats

Overnight oats have been a favorite of ours for awhile now!  There are so many options when you make overnight oats that you will never get sick of them.

Today, we are sharing one of our favorite recipes; organic banana raspberry!  It tastes just like you are eating homemade cake or pie instead of healthy and nutritious oatmeal!  We have to admit, we have a hard time waiting until the next day to devour them!

The health benefits of organic oatmeal include a healthy heart, diabetes control, a reduction in hypertension, cancer prevention, and increased immunity. It also helps in losing weight and treating constipation. People suffering from celiac disorder can also consume a moderate amount of oats, since they are not wheat-based, despite having trace amounts of gluten.

Once you start creating overnight oats, we are sure you will find all kinds of combinations to try!  We promise that both your waistline and your taste buds will love eating overnight oats daily!

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl combine milk. chia seeds, maple syrup and oats; stir well until oats are fully submerged in wet ingredients
  2. Begin to layer your jar with the oats
  3. Next, add a layer of sliced banana
  4. Add a layer of raspberries
  5. Sprinkle half of your shredded coconut on top of raspberries and bananas
  6. Now add the remainder of your oats
  7. Add the rest of your banana slices and raspberries
  8. Top your fruit with the remainder of your shredded coconut
  9. Secure your lid onto your jar and place in refrigerator overnight
  10. Upon waking; remove your overnight oats from refrigerator and ENJOY!
