  1. Preheat Oven to 350*F; set oven rack to the bottom third of your oven (right below the middle one).
  2. Line a standard size loaf pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl; whisk flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a large mixing bowl; whisk eggs, add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and essential oils until combined well.
  5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients; stir until combined well. Batter will be slightly lumpy; do not over-mix.
  6. Pour batter into loaf pan; bake for 38-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Set pan on wire rack to cool for 30 minutes.
  8. Use both hands to lift the bread out of the loaf pan by both sides of the parchment paper.
  9. Allow bread to completely cool; approximately 45-60 minutes before serving.
