Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Add all four eggs to Vitamix or high-powered blender; blend until frothy.
  2. Add sugar to eggs; blend until sugar has fully dissolved.
  3. Pour in milk, nutmeg, vanilla, and rum (if using); blend until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour eggnog into glasses; garnish with nutmeg and an organic cinnamon stick.
  5. Keep eggnog refrigerated for up to 4 days. Always give your eggnog a little shake or stir before serving. Cinnamon sticks make great stir sticks.
  6. Enjoy!
