Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large mixing bowl; whisk together flour, rolled oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg, set aside
In KitchenAid or mixer; whip together butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy approx 3-4 minutes
Gently fold in eggs; one at a time
Gently fold in vanilla
Slowly add in flour mixture; mix until completely incorporated
Stir in dried cranberries, white chocolate chips, and nuts
Roll cookie dough into balls; approx 2 Tbsp per ball
Drop cookie balls onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper
Bake 9 – 10 minutes until lightly golden brown (we like ours a little crispy)
Cool cookies for several minutes on cookie sheet before transferring to a wire rack
Store cookies in an airtight container.
