  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large mixing bowl; whisk together flour, rolled oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg, set aside
  3. In KitchenAid or mixer; whip together butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy approx 3-4 minutes
  4. Gently fold in eggs; one at a time
  5. Gently fold in vanilla
  6. Slowly add in flour mixture; mix until completely incorporated
  7. Stir in dried cranberries, white chocolate chips, and nuts
  8. Roll cookie dough into balls; approx 2 Tbsp per ball
  9. Drop cookie balls onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper
  10. Bake 9 – 10 minutes until lightly golden brown (we like ours a little crispy)
  11. Cool cookies for several minutes on cookie sheet before transferring to a wire rack
  12. Store cookies in an airtight container.
