Hello friends, Happy Tuesday! We have been busy cleaning today, we stopped only for a short bit to make our daughters lunch. We have been determined to do some good cleaning, so our late lunch consisted of an organic apple and this wonderful organic triple berry banana smoothie. We made smoothie pops out of it for our daughters and of course we drank ours right down. It definitely hit the spot and also served as a very healthy lunch!
- 3/4 C Organic Greek yogurt
- 8 oz Filtered Water
- 1 C Frozen Organic Mixed Berries
- 2 Organic Bananas
- 1 1/2 Large Organic Kale Leaves
- 1 TBSP Organic Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp of Raw Organic Honey
Combine everything but the chia seeds in your Vitamix or blender and blend on high. Once everything is blended, stop the Vitamix and add your organic chia seeds. Turn on low just to give it a good stir. Enjoy!
